扭矩扳手又叫力矩扳手、扭力扳手、扭矩可調(diào)扳手,是扳手的一種,一般分為三類:手動力矩扳手、氣動扭力扳手和電動力矩扳手。定扭扳手廣泛用于對擰緊工藝有嚴(yán)格要求的裝配線,使產(chǎn)品各個緊固件扭矩值一致,生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有保障。

扭矩扳手(扭力扳手)發(fā)出卡塔聲音的原理很簡單,可以分為以下幾個步驟去理解:

3、在扭矩扳手上設(shè)定所需扭矩值(由彈簧套在頂桿上向扭矩釋放關(guān)節(jié)施壓),鎖定扭矩扳手,開始擰緊螺栓。當(dāng)螺栓達到扭矩值(當(dāng)使用扭力大于彈簧的壓力)后,會產(chǎn)生瞬間脫節(jié)的效應(yīng)。在產(chǎn)生脫節(jié)效應(yīng)的瞬間發(fā)出關(guān)節(jié)敲擊,扳手金屬外殼所發(fā)出的“卡塔”聲。由此來確認達到扭矩值的提醒作用(其實就象我們手臂關(guān)節(jié)成15度彎曲放在鐵管里瞬間申直后會碰到鋼管的原理一樣)。
3. Firstly, the required torque value is set on the torque wrench (pressure is released from the joint by the spring sleeve on the ejector rod), the torque wrench is locked, and the bolt is tightened. When the bolt reaches the value of torque (when the use of torque is greater than the spring pressure), it will produce the effect of instantaneous disconnection. At the moment of disjointing effect, it emits joint tapping and "kata" sound from wrench metal shell. This confirms the reminder effect of reaching the torque value (in fact, it's just like the principle that when we bend our arm joints 15 degrees in the iron pipe and straighten it instantly, we will meet the steel pipe).
以上所說是比較常用的手動扭力扳手,除此之外還有電動扭力扳手、風(fēng)動扭力扳手等。

現(xiàn)階段分為機械音響報警式,數(shù)顯式,指針式(表盤式),打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式).其中機械音響報警式,采用杠桿原理,當(dāng)力矩到達設(shè)定力矩時會出現(xiàn)"嘭扭矩扳手"機械相碰的聲音,此后扳手會成為一個死角,及相當(dāng)于呆扳手,如再用力,會出現(xiàn)過力現(xiàn)象.

數(shù)顯式和指針式(表盤式)差不多,都是把作用力矩可視化.現(xiàn)階段的數(shù)顯和指針都是在機械音響報警式扭矩扳手的基礎(chǔ)上工作的.

打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式)采用過載保護、自動卸力模式,當(dāng)力矩到達設(shè)定力矩時會自動卸力(同時也會出現(xiàn)機械相碰的聲音),此后扳手自動復(fù)位,如再用力,會再次打滑,不會出現(xiàn)過力現(xiàn)象.此種是比較近1,2年才出現(xiàn)的新感念產(chǎn)品.
Sliding type (self-slipping type) adopts overload protection and automatic unloading mode. When the moment reaches the set moment, it will unload automatically (and there will also be the sound of mechanical collision). After that, the wrench will automatically reset. If the wrench is used again, it will slip again, and there will be no over-force phenomenon. This is a new concept product which has only appeared in the last 1 or 2 years.
機械音響報警式是目前市場的主流產(chǎn)品,主要體現(xiàn)在便宜,其它3種相對來說,昂貴.不過由于各行各業(yè)對這方面要求越來越高,以及效率的要求,數(shù)顯式、指針式(表盤式)及打滑式(自滑轉(zhuǎn)式)的需求會越來越高.
