扭矩扳手檢定儀使用方法
Use Method of Torque Wrench Verification Instrument1、在使用扭矩扳手檢定儀之前,先檢查儀器電量是否充足,若電量不足,請(qǐng)先充電(充電時(shí)也可使用)。
1. Before using the torque wrench calibrator, check whether the power of the instrument is sufficient. If the power is insufficient, please charge it first (it can also be used when charging).
2、將被檢物的四方測(cè)頭放入該檢定儀的承力四方孔內(nèi),同時(shí)使用得被檢物另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)節(jié)塊上方(若長(zhǎng)度不夠時(shí),可自由調(diào)節(jié)整套加載裝置)。
2. Put the quadrangular probe into the bearing quadrangular hole of the calibrator, and use the handle at the other end of the object above the height adjustment block (if the length is not enough, the whole loading device can be adjusted freely).
3、打開電源開關(guān),顯示的扭矩值為零,如果不為零,則按清零鍵,將扭矩值清零。
3. Turn on the power switch and the displayed torque is zero. If it is not zero, press the reset button to reset the torque.
4、測(cè)試前,需設(shè)置好上下限值、很小存儲(chǔ)值、很小峰值保持值、自動(dòng)峰值時(shí)間、自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間、重力加速度等.
4. Before testing, it is necessary to set up upper and lower limits, very small storage values, very small peak holding values, automatic peak time, automatic shutdown time, gravity acceleration and so on.
①、上限值設(shè)定:用戶設(shè)定上限值,根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定,達(dá)到上限值即自動(dòng)聲光提示,上限值不高于滿量程。
(1) Setting the upper limit: Users set the upper limit, set it freely according to need, and reach the upper limit, that is, automatic acousto-optic prompt. The upper limit is not higher than the full range.
②、下限值設(shè)定:用戶設(shè)定下限值,根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定,達(dá)到下限值即自動(dòng)燈光提示,下限值不得高于設(shè)定的上限值。
(2) Lower Limit Setting: Users set the lower limit, set it freely according to need, and reach the lower limit, i.e. automatic light prompt. The lower limit should not be higher than the set upper limit.
③、很小存儲(chǔ)值設(shè)定:用戶根據(jù)存儲(chǔ)需要設(shè)定很小存儲(chǔ)值,小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)將不被儲(chǔ)存。
(3) Very small storage value setting: users set very small storage value according to storage needs, and data less than that value will not be stored.
?、?、很小峰值保持值設(shè)定:用戶根據(jù)峰值,自動(dòng)峰值測(cè)量需要自由設(shè)定,小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)不被峰值保存。
(4) Very small peak holding value setting: According to the peak value, users need to set the automatic peak measurement freely, and the data less than that value is not saved by the peak value.
⑤、自動(dòng)峰值時(shí)間設(shè)定:用戶根據(jù)自動(dòng)峰值測(cè)量狀態(tài)下峰值需要保持的時(shí)間從1秒~99秒自由設(shè)定。
_. Automatic peak time setting: The user can set the peak time from 1 second to 99 seconds freely according to the peak value of automatic peak measurement.
?、蕖⒆詣?dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間設(shè)定:無操作狀態(tài)下,自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間從0分鐘~9分鐘可自由設(shè)定(當(dāng)設(shè)置為0分鐘則表示為解除自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī))。
_. Automatic shutdown time setting: In the state of no operation, the automatic shutdown time can be set freely from 0 minutes to 9 minutes (when set to 0 minutes, it means to release the automatic shutdown).
?、?、重力加速度設(shè)定:用戶可根據(jù)本地區(qū)的位置設(shè)定重力加速度值,本機(jī)默認(rèn)9.794。

?、?、恢復(fù)初始設(shè)置:用戶操作不當(dāng)或多次更改數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)混亂,可以通過此項(xiàng)設(shè)置來把1~7的數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)。
