扭剪螺栓須安裝電動(dòng)扭矩扳手。僅在扭矩達(dá)到要求時(shí),才擰出扭剪螺栓的梅花頭,以確保所使用的螺栓具有必要的預(yù)緊力,從而保證性能。所以,在工程上,檢查梅花頭是否仍可判斷是否為扭剪螺栓,并可一次性使用扭曲型扭剪螺栓。

初擰扳手,可用電動(dòng)扳手也可用手動(dòng)帶響扳手。但無論用哪種扳手施工前都須進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,以便控制初擰扭距值。手動(dòng)扳手作為終擰工具時(shí),須每班進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,并做好標(biāo)定記錄。終檸板手:扭剪螺栓是一種自標(biāo)量型螺栓,因此終擰只須把高扭剪螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可,扳手不用標(biāo)定。
For initial tightening, you can use electric spanner or manual spanner with ring. But no matter what kind of wrench is used, it must be calibrated before construction in order to control the initial torque value. When the manual wrench is used as the final tightening tool, it must be calibrated every shift and the calibration record shall be made. Final wrench: the torsional shear bolt is a kind of self scalar bolt, so the final screw only needs to screw off the bolt head at the tail of the high torsional shear bolt, and the wrench does not need to be calibrated.
扭剪螺栓擰緊固定時(shí)要注意。只有當(dāng)梅花頭完全插入套筒時(shí),電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)才能被壓下。如果內(nèi)套只插入梅花頭尺寸的1/3~1/2,按下電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)會(huì)導(dǎo)致梅花頭滑動(dòng),影響套管的使用壽命。緊固時(shí),終擰緊的電動(dòng)扳手應(yīng)垂直于部件的摩擦面,扳手傾斜時(shí)螺栓尾部的梅花頭容易滑動(dòng),容易堵塞。
Attention should be paid to the tightening and fixing of torsional shear bolts. The electric wrench switch can only be pressed down when the ring head is fully inserted into the socket. If the inner sleeve is only inserted into 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 2 of the size of the box head, pressing the electric wrench switch will cause the box head to slide and affect the service life of the sleeve. When tightening, the final tightening electric wrench should be perpendicular to the friction surface of the parts. When the wrench is inclined, the box head at the end of the bolt is easy to slide and block.
