電動(dòng)扭剪扳手主要是終緊扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的,它的目的就是把扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的梅花頭打斷即可。工作時(shí)將扳手頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)螺栓頭,扣動(dòng)開關(guān)即可開始工作,幾秒后,螺栓梅花頭將被扭斷,然后抽出扳手扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)將梅花頭彈出,即結(jié)束工作。而且電動(dòng)扭剪扳手只需要更換內(nèi)外套筒即可適用于各廠家生產(chǎn)的M16-M30高強(qiáng)度扭剪型螺栓的施工作業(yè),本機(jī)采用特殊鋼材及特殊的熱處理工藝,經(jīng)久耐用,作業(yè)時(shí)無反彈力。

Tightening operation of electric torsion shear wrench bolt
1、裝上反力支架,并緊固螺釘。開動(dòng)主機(jī),使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng),然后裝入扳手套筒,插上銷釘,并用橡膠圈固定。
1. Install the reaction support and tighten the screws. Start the main engine so that the square head pin hole corresponds to the reaction support hole, then install the wrench socket, insert the pin and fix it with a rubber ring.
2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調(diào)到所需扭矩值,將主機(jī)正反開關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置,把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2. Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, turn the forward and reverse switch of the host to the forward position, and put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3、按下電源開關(guān),扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支架時(shí)(支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可作支點(diǎn)的位置)螺栓開始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí),扳手自動(dòng)停止,緊固完成,松開電源開關(guān),進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的擰緊工作。
3. Press the power switch and the wrench starts. When the force arm of the reaction support is firmly against the support (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as a fulcrum), the bolt begins to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench will automatically stop, the tightening is completed, loosen the power switch and tighten the next bolt.
4、扳手自動(dòng)停止后,靠反力支架的彈性形變力,使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn),取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí),可撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān),點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開關(guān)扳手即可取下。

3、調(diào)節(jié)方法:產(chǎn)品出廠時(shí)帶有扭矩測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)卡片,供用戶標(biāo)定時(shí)參考,用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值,按擰緊螺栓的操作方法,擰緊螺栓,用測(cè)力扳手或其它測(cè)力儀器測(cè)出螺栓的實(shí)際扭矩值,若扭矩相差較小,可用細(xì)調(diào)加以補(bǔ)償,若相差較大,可將粗調(diào)向上或向下調(diào)一檔,反復(fù)幾次即可獲得所需扭矩值。
