定扭矩扳手是裝配螺紋件及螺栓的機械化施工工具,具有自動控制扭矩功能,廣泛應用于栓焊結構橋梁的架設,廠房、塔架及化工、發(fā)電設備的安裝,還應用于大型機械、起重設備和車輛裝配作業(yè),以及對螺紋緊固件的扭矩及軸向拉力有嚴格要求的場合。
Constant torque wrench is a mechanized construction tool for assembling threaded parts and bolts. It has the function of automatic torque control. It is widely used in the erection of bolt welded structure bridges, the installation of plants, towers, chemical and power generation equipment, as well as the assembly of large machinery, lifting equipment and vehicles, as well as occasions with strict requirements for the torque and axial tension of threaded fasteners.
扭矩扳手由主機和控制儀兩部分組成,主機采用電動機和減速機構,結構新穎、體積小、重量輕、可靠,由于采用靜扭結構,運轉平穩(wěn),無振動、無沖擊,噪音小,操作者不受反力矩的影響,因而勞動強度低。
The torque wrench is composed of a main engine and a controller. The main engine adopts a motor and a reduction mechanism, which has novel structure, small volume, light weight, safety and reliability. Due to the static torsion structure, it operates stably, has no vibration, impact, low noise, and the operator is not affected by the counter torque, so the labor intensity is low.
一、定扭矩扳手的擰緊操作
1、 Tightening operation of constant torque wrench
1、裝上反力支架,并緊固螺釘,開動主機,使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對應,然后裝入扳手套筒,插上銷釘,并用橡膠圈固定。
1. Install the reaction support, tighten the screws, start the host to make the square head pin hole correspond to the reaction support hole, then install the wrench socket, insert the pin and fix it with a rubber ring.
2、將控制儀的扭矩旋鈕調到所需扭矩值,將主機正反開關撥到正轉位置,把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2. Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, turn the forward and reverse switch of the host to the forward position, and put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3、按下電源開關,扳手啟動。當反力支架力臂靠牢支架時,螺栓開始擰緊。當螺栓扭矩達到預定扭矩時,扳手自動停止,緊固完成,松開電源開關,進行下一只螺栓的擰緊工作。
3. Press the power switch and the wrench starts. When the force arm of the reaction support rests firmly against the support, the bolts begin to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench will automatically stop, the tightening is completed, loosen the power switch and tighten the next bolt.
4、扳手自動停止后,靠反力支架的彈性形變力,使支架力臂自動脫離支點,取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點時,可撥動正反開關,點動電源開關扳手即可取下。

After the wrench stops automatically, the force arm of the support will automatically disengage from the fulcrum by the elastic deformation force of the reaction support, and then remove the wrench. If the force arm cannot be separated from the fulcrum, turn the positive and negative switch and click the power switch wrench to remove it.
二、注意事項操作
2、 Precautions operation
1、接通電源前應先查看電源電壓是否與本國產(chǎn)品銘牌相符,是否有接地裝置。當電源電壓超出 10%時應采取穩(wěn)壓措施,否則會影響控制精度。接地不良易造成事故。
1. Before connecting the power supply, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the nameplate of domestic products and whether there is a grounding device. When the power supply voltage exceeds 10%, voltage stabilizing measures shall be taken, otherwise the control accuracy will be affected. Poor grounding is easy to cause accidents.
2、工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃,過高過低都會影響控制精度。

3、被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具的額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達到額定扭矩后不得重擰。
3. The initial torque of the screwed bolt shall not be greater than 70% of the rated torque of the tool. The bolts shall not be re tightened after reaching the rated torque.
4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時,其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下,不是本扳手擰緊的或銹蝕嚴重的螺栓,不宜用本扳手拆卸,以免造成工具損壞。
4. When the tool is used to remove the bolt, its torque shall not be greater than the rated torque. Generally, the bolts that are not tightened or seriously rusted by this wrench should not be removed with this wrench to avoid tool damage.
5、變換旋轉方向時,必須待電機停止轉動后進行,嚴禁在運轉中撥動正反開關。
5. When changing the rotation direction, it must be carried out after the motor stops rotating. It is strictly prohibited to toggle the positive and negative switches during operation.
6、當扳手自動停止后即可松開開關(如果不斷開開關,過5秒鐘扳手就會自行啟動)待4-5秒后再進行開動扳手,否則扳手不能啟動。
6. When the wrench stops automatically, loosen the switch (if the switch is not opened, the wrench will start automatically after 5 seconds). Start the wrench after 4-5 seconds, otherwise the wrench cannot start.
