2、如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不符合規(guī)定的,再在此節(jié)點(diǎn)上擴(kuò)大檢查10%;如仍有不合格者,則整 個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的高強(qiáng)度螺栓重新擰緊;高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接處摩擦面必須保證已確定的處理方式,不得擅自更改;并使摩擦面保持干燥,如在雨天施工必須采取防雨措施;高強(qiáng)度螺栓安裝后應(yīng)及時(shí)使用專用扳手進(jìn)行擰緊,為加快施工進(jìn)度,可使用梅花扳手、呆扳手將螺母擰緊和連接板緊貼后改用專用扭矩扳手?jǐn)Q緊;施工用的扭矩扳手應(yīng)進(jìn)行校正。
2. 3、檢查擰緊扭矩:對(duì)每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)螺栓數(shù)的10%,但不少于一個(gè)進(jìn)行扭矩檢查。任取一螺栓,在螺桿端面和螺母上畫一直線,將螺母擰松60°,再用扭矩扳手重新擰緊,使兩線重合,此時(shí)測得的扭矩應(yīng)在0.9Tch~1.1 Tch范圍內(nèi)。檢查扭矩(Tch)按下式計(jì)算: Tch=k×P×d(NM),當(dāng)摩擦面間隙t大于3mm時(shí)加墊板,墊板厚度不小于3mm,數(shù)量不超過3層; 墊板材質(zhì)和摩擦面處理方式與構(gòu)件相同.
