一、外觀不同
1、 Different appearance
1、高強度螺栓大六角頭:大六角頭螺栓的螺帽是正六角形的。

二、施工方式不同

1、高強度螺栓大六角頭:使用定扭矩扳手施工,由于其施擰時并不握裹螺桿,在旋轉螺母的同時可能會帶動螺桿進行“同轉”,無謂消耗扭矩值,造成無法擰緊。故將螺桿頭設計成大六角,在發(fā)生同轉的情況時,可以用普通扳手予以臨時固定,避免同轉現(xiàn)象。

2、扭剪型螺栓:是大六角高強螺栓的改進型,為了更好施工高強螺栓的施工必須先初緊后終緊,初緊高強螺栓需用沖擊型電動扳手或扭矩可調電動扳手。
