工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10-40，過高過低都會影響控制精度。被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達(dá)到額定扭矩后不得重擰。工具用于拆卸螺栓時，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中撥動正反開關(guān)。

當(dāng)扳手自動停止后即可松開開關(guān)（如果不斷開開關(guān)，過5秒鐘扳手就自行啟動）待4-5秒后再行開動扳手，否則扳手不能啟動。螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3~5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定等，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。

定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長使用時間。主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，炭刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，且易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應(yīng)及時緊固。搬運(yùn)工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處，如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、大堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存在。

The power switch, carbon brush and fuse on the controller of the main engine are all vulnerable parts, which are easy to cause faults. They should be checked frequently and replaced in time. If the screw on the tool is found to be loose during use, it should be tightened in time. When handling tools, do not lift or pull cables, and pay attention to handle with care to prevent vibration and falling. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If it is found to be damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or exist with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
