1、電源的連接
1. Connection of power supply
先將主機(jī)的三芯插頭插入控制儀相應(yīng)的插座上,然后將控制儀上的電源線接入電網(wǎng)。綠/黃雙色芯線為接地線。
First insert the three core plug of the host into the corresponding socket of the controller, and then connect the power line of the controller to the power grid. The green / yellow core wire is the grounding wire.
工作結(jié)束后,以相反方向拆卸。
At the end of the work, remove in the opposite direction.
2、螺栓的扭緊操作
2. Tightening operation of bolts
1)裝上反力支架,并緊固螺釘。開(kāi)動(dòng)主機(jī),使方頭銷孔與反力支架孔相對(duì)應(yīng),然后裝入扳手套筒,插上銷釘,并用橡膠圈固定。
1) Install the reaction support and tighten the screws. Start the main engine to make the square pin hole correspond to the counterforce bracket hole, then install the wrench socket, insert the pin and fix it with rubber ring.
2)將控制儀的扭矩旋扭調(diào)到所需扭矩值,將主機(jī)正反開(kāi)關(guān)撥到正轉(zhuǎn)位置,把扳手套筒套在螺紋連接件的六方上。
2) Adjust the torque of the controller to the required torque value, turn the forward and reverse switch of the main engine to the forward position, and put the wrench socket on the hexagon of the threaded connector.
3)按下電源開(kāi)關(guān),扳手啟動(dòng)。當(dāng)反力支架力臂靠牢支點(diǎn)時(shí)(支點(diǎn)可以是鄰近的一只螺栓或其他可做支點(diǎn)的位置)螺栓開(kāi)始擰緊。當(dāng)螺栓扭矩達(dá)到預(yù)定扭矩時(shí),扳手自動(dòng)停止,緊固完成,放開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān),進(jìn)行下一只螺栓的緊固工作。
3) Press the power switch and the wrench starts. When the arm of the reaction support is close to the fulcrum (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as fulcrum), the bolt starts to tighten. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench will stop automatically, the tightening is completed, the power switch will be released, and the next bolt will be tightened.
4)扳手自動(dòng)停止后,靠反力支架的彈性形變力,使支架力臂自動(dòng)脫離支點(diǎn),取下扳手。如力臂不能脫離支點(diǎn)時(shí),可撥動(dòng)正反開(kāi)關(guān),點(diǎn)動(dòng)電源開(kāi)關(guān),扳手即可取下。
4) After the spanner stops automatically, the force arm of the support is automatically separated from the fulcrum by the elastic deformation force of the reaction support, and the spanner is removed. If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum, the positive and negative switch can be turned, the power switch can be inched, and the wrench can be removed.
3、螺栓的拆卸操作

扳手在拆卸螺栓(反轉(zhuǎn))時(shí),其操作方法與擰緊操作相同,只是將正反開(kāi)關(guān)撥到反轉(zhuǎn)位置,螺栓卸松后防開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)。
When the wrench is removing the bolt (reversing), its operation method is the same as the tightening operation, except that the positive and negative switch is turned to the reverse position, and the power switch is prevented from opening after the bolt is removed.
4、扭矩的選擇與調(diào)節(jié)
4. Selection and adjustment of torque
1)用戶可在100---3500Nm的范圍內(nèi)任意選擇相應(yīng)規(guī)格的電動(dòng)扳手。
1) The user can choose the electric wrench of corresponding specifications in the range of 100-3500nm.
2)控制儀面板上有“扭矩調(diào)節(jié)”旋扭,刻有0—100刻度值,用以調(diào)節(jié)扭矩。
2) There is a "torque adjustment" knob on the panel of the controller, which is engraved with 0-100 scale value to adjust the torque.
3)調(diào)節(jié)方法:產(chǎn)品出廠帶有扭矩測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)卡片,供用戶標(biāo)定時(shí)參考,用戶可根據(jù)所需扭矩選擇某一刻度值,按照擰緊螺栓的操作方法,扭緊螺栓。用測(cè)力扳手或其他測(cè)力儀器測(cè)出螺栓的實(shí)際扭矩值,若扭矩值偏高,將旋扭向低刻度調(diào)節(jié);若扭矩值偏低,則向高刻度值調(diào)節(jié),反復(fù)幾次既可達(dá)到所需精 確扭矩值。
3) Adjustment method: the product is delivered with torque test data card for user's reference during calibration. The user can select a scale value according to the required torque and tighten the bolt according to the operation method of tightening the bolt. Use force measuring wrench or other force measuring instrument to measure the actual torque value of the bolt. If the torque value is too high, adjust the torque to the low scale; If the torque value is low, adjust to the high scale value, and repeat several times to achieve the required accurate torque value.
