鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用高強度扭剪型螺栓連接副屬于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)摩擦型高強度螺栓連接使用的連接件,為高強度螺栓的一種,主要應用于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件的連接和固定。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)螺栓一般等級為10.9級,也有8.8級,但較少采用,成套裝配。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用高強度螺栓分為二款,分別是大六角頭螺栓和扭剪型螺栓。扭剪型螺栓的標準為GB/T3632,每套包括一個高強度扭剪型螺栓GB/T3632、一個鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用高強度螺母GB/T1229和一個鋼結(jié)構(gòu)用高強度墊圈GB/T1230,并應分屬同批制造。

4.考慮到扭剪型螺栓的使用特殊性,為防止扭剪型螺栓在安裝過程中滑動打轉(zhuǎn),在設計加工過程中我們增加扭剪型螺栓頭部下方的防滑處理,有效避免了因螺栓打滑引起安裝不當導致的及質(zhì)量事故。
