1、扭矩法
1. Torque method
依據(jù)扭矩M與預(yù)拉力成正比的閉系,先用一般扳手將螺帽發(fā)端擰緊,而后采取可顯現(xiàn)扭矩值的扳手擰決定的扭矩值。
According to the closed system in which the torque M is proportional to the pretension, first tighten the nut with a general wrench, and then use a wrench that can show the torque value to the determined torque value.
2、轉(zhuǎn)角法
2. Angle method
依據(jù)板層間密切交觸后,高強度螺栓的轉(zhuǎn)化角度與螺栓的預(yù)拉力成正比閉系決定的一種方式。緊固時,先用短扳手將螺帽擰沒有轉(zhuǎn)化的位子,而后再用長扳手將螺帽擰決定位子,以到達預(yù)拉力。
According to the close contact between plates, the transformation angle of high-strength bolts is directly proportional to the pretension of bolts. When tightening, first screw the nut to the position without conversion with a short wrench, and then screw the nut to the decision position with a long wrench to reach the pre tension.
3、擰斷螺栓尾部

用于扭剪型高強度螺栓,此螺栓有一特制的尾部。緊固時,用扳手套住螺栓和螺栓尾部,一個套筒正轉(zhuǎn),另一個套筒回轉(zhuǎn),在螺帽擰緊到必定水平時,螺栓尾部擰斷。因為螺栓尾部的槽口深度是按擰斷扭矩和預(yù)緊拉力之間的閉系決定的,所以擰斷時便到達相應(yīng)的預(yù)拉力值。
