5、對(duì)于高強(qiáng)度螺栓終擰后的檢查,扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓可采用目測(cè)法檢查螺栓尾部梅花頭是否擰掉;高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓,可用“小錘敲擊法”逐個(gè)進(jìn)行檢查。方法使用手指緊按住螺母相對(duì)應(yīng)的一邊(盡量靠近墊圈處),用0.3~0.5kg重的小錘敲擊螺母相對(duì)應(yīng)的另一邊,如手指感到輕微顫動(dòng)即為合格,顫動(dòng)較大即為欠擰和漏擰,完全不顫動(dòng)即為超擰。由于超擰后螺栓可能出現(xiàn)塑性變形,為避免螺栓發(fā)生延遲斷裂,故超擰螺栓應(yīng)予更換
