高強(qiáng)度螺栓所用材料的強(qiáng)度為普通螺栓的4~5倍,一般常用的性能等級為8.8級和10.9級。8.8級采用碳素鋼35號鋼或45號鋼;10.9級采用合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼20MnTiB、40B、35VB。高強(qiáng)度螺栓有大六角頭螺栓和扭剪型兩類。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范規(guī)定,高強(qiáng)度螺栓的材料應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

(一)扭矩法

根據(jù)扭矩M與預(yù)拉力成正比的關(guān)系,先用普通扳手將螺帽初步擰緊,然后采用可顯示扭矩值的專用扳手?jǐn)Q規(guī)定的扭矩值。

高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接中,摩擦系數(shù)的大小對承載能力的影響很大。試驗(yàn)表明,摩擦系數(shù)與構(gòu)件的材質(zhì)、接觸面的粗糙度、反向力的大小都有直接關(guān)系,其中主要是接觸面的形式和構(gòu)件的材質(zhì)。為了增大接觸面的摩擦系數(shù),施工時應(yīng)將連接范圍內(nèi)構(gòu)件接觸面進(jìn)行處理,處理的方法有噴砂、用鋼絲刷清理等。設(shè)計(jì)中,應(yīng)根據(jù)工程情況,盡量采用摩擦系數(shù)較大的處理方法,并在施工圖上清楚注明。
