高強(qiáng)度螺栓所用材料的強(qiáng)度為普通螺栓的4~5倍,一般常用的性能等級(jí)為8.8級(jí)和10.9級(jí)。8.8級(jí)采用碳素鋼35號(hào)鋼或45號(hào)鋼;10.9級(jí)采用合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼20MnTiB、40B、35VB。高強(qiáng)度螺栓有大六角頭螺栓和扭剪型兩類(lèi)。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范規(guī)定,高強(qiáng)度螺栓的材料應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

高強(qiáng)度螺栓的預(yù)拉力由材料的屈服度和螺栓的有效面積并考慮一定摩擦系數(shù)確定。高強(qiáng)度螺栓的預(yù)拉力是通過(guò)施工時(shí)緊固螺帽建立的,緊固(擰緊)螺帽的方法有如下幾種:

(一)扭矩法
(1) Torque method
根據(jù)扭矩M與預(yù)拉力成正比的關(guān)系,先用普通扳手將螺帽初步擰緊,然后采用可顯示扭矩值的專(zhuān)用扳手?jǐn)Q規(guī)定的扭矩值。

(二)轉(zhuǎn)角法

根據(jù)板層間緊密接觸后,螺母的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度與螺栓的預(yù)拉力成正比關(guān)系確定的一種方法。

用于扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓,此螺栓有一特制的尾部。緊固時(shí),用專(zhuān)用扳手套住螺栓和螺栓尾部,一個(gè)套筒正轉(zhuǎn),另一個(gè)套筒反轉(zhuǎn),在螺帽擰緊到一定程度時(shí),螺栓尾部擰斷。由于螺栓尾部的槽口深度是按擰斷扭矩和預(yù)緊拉力之間的關(guān)系確定的,所以擰斷時(shí)就達(dá)到相應(yīng)的預(yù)拉力值。

高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接中,摩擦系數(shù)的大小對(duì)承載能力的影響很大。試驗(yàn)表明,摩擦系數(shù)與構(gòu)件的材質(zhì)、接觸面的粗糙度、反向力的大小都有直接關(guān)系,其中主要是接觸面的形式和構(gòu)件的材質(zhì)。為了增大接觸面的摩擦系數(shù),施工時(shí)應(yīng)將連接范圍內(nèi)構(gòu)件接觸面進(jìn)行處理,處理的方法有噴砂、用鋼絲刷清理等。設(shè)計(jì)中,應(yīng)根據(jù)工程情況,盡量采用摩擦系數(shù)較大的處理方法,并在施工圖上清楚注明。

除上述處理方式外,還有一種用手提式電動(dòng)砂輪打磨接觸面的處理方法,打磨方向要與受力方向垂直,其抗滑系數(shù)相當(dāng)于噴砂處理。
